VESIcare Drug Interactions

Since many medicines can cause negative interactions, make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medicines you are taking before starting VESIcare. Drug interactions may occur if VESIcare is taken with anticholinergic drugs, protease inhibitors, or pramlintide. These VESIcare drug interactions may increase your risk for side effects, reduce the drugs' effectiveness, or increase the level of VESIcare in your blood.
