Toviaz™ (fesoterodine fumarate) is a prescription drug used for treating symptoms of an overactive bladder, such as frequent urination and leaking accidents. It is a type of anticholinergic medication that works by relaxing the muscles of the bladder. In clinical studies, people who took the medication used the bathroom less frequently and were able to pass more urine each time they used the bathroom. The drug comes in the form of extended-release tablets that are available in two strengths.
