Gelnique Drug Interactions

If Gelnique is taken with anticholinergic drugs, pramlintide, or certain other medications, drug interactions could occur. These negative interactions can decrease the effectiveness of the medications and increase your risk of side effects, such as a dry mouth, constipation, or difficulty passing urine. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking other medicines to help prevent drug interactions with Gelnique.
