Protease Inhibitors
Protease inhibitors may increase the level of Enablex in your blood. Your healthcare provider may recommend that you take a lower Enablex dosage if you are taking a protease inhibitor.
 
Thioridazine
Enablex may increase the level of thioridazine in your blood, possibly leading to dangerous side effects of thioridazine. Taking these medications together is generally not recommended.
 
Tricyclic Antidepressants
Combining a tricyclic antidepressant and Enablex may increase the level of the antidepressant in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Check with your healthcare provider before taking Enablex with a tricyclic antidepressant.
