Ditropan XL Side Effects

Drowsiness, constipation, headaches, and dry mouth are the most common side effects seen with Ditropan XL. Side effects that are less common but potentially serious include an irregular heart rhythm, severe constipation, and difficulty passing urine. Be sure to seek medical attention immediately if you develop any serious Ditropan XL side effects.

 

An Introduction to Ditropan XL Side Effects

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Ditropan XL® (oxybutynin ER); however, not everyone who takes the medication will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or can easily be treated by you or your healthcare provider.
